Duration of the assignment and location: 6-12 months – Lund, Sweden

Technical area: Unit 4-ERP system

REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Client is looking for a project manager who can help ESS drive a project with several activities, such as:

• Implementation of cost breakdown structure hierarchies in ERP (Unit 4), incl. managing the related integration activities and changes to connected systems
• Implementation of automatic methods to distribute rates (salary and fees) on cost centers taking time reporting into account
• Activation of several new modules and functionalities in or around the ERP system, e.g., cash mgt., accounts receivables, electronic invoicing etc.
• Implementation of contract master data functionality in ERP
• Improve setup across systems in relation to procure-to-pay, PO closure and reporting on committed costs.
• Establishment of ways to store performance management data and ways to extract data from source systems (ERP, planning, forecasting etc.) to create reports
• Create reporting applications for cost controlling, procurement, contract management follow up

Managing requirement gathering and tender activities in relation to the above (if needed)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent oral and written English.
• Self-manage and self-prioritization skills are necessary
• Strong problem solving, analytical methods and technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in and with team(s).
• Ability to identify and resolve complex problems/issues and has good judgement.
• Document and present your work as appropriate

Important experience and competence include:

• Competent in Unit4 ERP
• Experienced project manager who can break down goals, setup a project plan, and keep an eye on interfaces with other projects.
• Broad understanding of IT, especially applications, integrations and data
• Good understanding of processes within finance, controlling and procure-to-pay
• Good at interacting with steering group, users and stakeholders in both IT and business functions
• Available 80-100% and On site in Lund preferred.
