Duties:·         Follow-up and reporting of activities related to welding / NDT / bolting / hydrostatic testing

·         Opening and compiling “Final Dossiers” related to offshore activities

·         Ensure traceability of records

·         Performing visual inspection of welding

·         Communicating quality requirements throughout the offshore organization

·         Reporting of non-conformances to CSR / Quality Manager

·         Meet productivity goals and deadlines set by CSR

·         Periodically survey and maintain calibration of inspection / welding / bolting equipment (in coordination with Quality Manager / onshore Maintenance Manager)

·         Ensure that all requirements (listed in applicable ITPs, procedures, specifications) are followed during work execution

·         Manage notification to clients as per defined rules / ITP

 Context and Environment:

• Location: Offshore environment

Required competences and qualification:·         High School diploma or equivalent

• Welding Inspection Certification (CSWIP or equivalent) is a plus

·         Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas QAQC jobs

·         Languages: English (mandatory); French and/or Portuguese is a plus

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel and Outlook)

·         Strong communication and customer service skills

·         Knowledge of major oil companies top side specifications is a plus

 Physical Requirements:·         Capable of working in outdoor weather and environmental conditions including increased heat and humidity

·         Be able to climb and work at high elevations (scaffolding) and in confined spaces
