Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in the oil gas industry and be knowledgeable in working with offshore platforms, well intervention, rigs, subsea vessels, divers and ROVs

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the procurement, delivery, testing, mobilization, installation, and demobilization of equipment specific to each project.
• Draft and review scope of work, technical requirements and deliverables for vessels and installation equipment contracts.
• Manage overall project schedule with contractors using MS Project or primavera.
• Review contractor procedures, engineering analysis, drawings, required equipment specifications, systems set up and deck layouts.
• Work with platform, facility engineers, and dive contractors for design, fabrication, delivery, and installation of J-tubes, pull-in winches, and platform modifications as needed.
• Liaise with platforms and production teams to coordinate any shut-ins and SIMOPS during offshore execution.
• Draft, review, lead and participate in risk assessments for operations and ensure close out of all action items.
• Review installation reports, and as-laid drawings, and approve final drafts.
• Review equipment drawings and approve drawings for construction.
• Work with survey team member to update concession as-built file.
• Manage projects, including creating integrated project schedules, creating and managing action lists, managing other contractors, and enforcing contract terms.
• Support the technical aspects of the installation of flow lines, umbilical’s, and subsea hardware such as structural and mechanical design and analysis, rigid pipeline and flexible pipeline installation analysis, creation of technical reports, and field support of offshore operations.
• Create and review installation procedures and specifications for compliance with engineering principles, applicable standards, and customer requirements.
• Generate creative solutions, translates concepts and information into images, use feedback to modify designs, apply design principles and demonstrate attention to detail.
• Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, work well in group problem solving situations, use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
• Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to take data sets from experimental and real-world experiences and make decisions. Use such data to show statistical coordination.
