• Ensure the supervision and administration of all the onshore and industrial base Security systems and applications (access control, CCTV, detection-intrusion).
• Foster the coordination and an efficient cooperation with the entities and the service providers of security
systems.
• Design all the security projects with the support of security consultants.
• Manage the badges office.
• Promote the information protection.

HSE
o Respect and promote the HSE referential of the Affiliate within his perimeter of activities, especially with personnel in charge of security tasks.
➢ Supervision
o Control the respect of procedures for the setting up of security systems;
o Carry out audits for the onshore and industrial base systems twice a year;
o Propose and lead the projects in cooperation with SGS, SIT and DT/LOG (positioning of the CCTV network, alarms systems, access control options) in all  locations.
o Supervise the tasks of the badges offices;
o Propose and supervise the set-up of security systems for the Marketing and services systems within its facilities.
➢ Operational level
o Solve all the failure in the security systems and applications in coordination with the systems and applications providers ;
o Control and ensure the operational capability of all the onshore and industrial base systems ;
o Advise the Security department for the choices of security material and systems within the projects’ design ;
o Update, on a regular basis, all the documentation and procedures for the practical uses of the onshore and industrial base Security systems ;
o Coordinate and supervise all the operations of maintenance on the onshore and industrial base Security systems carried out by the providers or other entities ;
o Propose and set up new onshore and industrial base Security systems in the premises   in order to improve the
security issues ;
o Ensure the storage of access control data during the legal period of time ;
o Train the personnel in charge of security tasks and check their knowledge concerning the onshore and industrial base security systems (Access control software SIPASS, detection-intrusion, CCTV);
o As DHSAP/PRT information manager officer, ensure the PRT dossiers are compliance with
the PCD, PSPI and PPDP.
➢ Miscellaneous
o Identify the needs in terms of security systems for purchase of renewal (projects, licenses) in coordination with PRT/MET and SIT;
o Ensure a follow-up for the orders of new materials or security systems;
o Ensure the accesses to the different security files within the PRT network (PRT people and head of sectors-“ilotiers”);
o Establish on a permanent basis the link with SG/SIT for the transmission of information concerning IT topics and especially consequences of maintenance activities of the servers on the security systems;
o Establish, on a permanent basis, the link with SG/SGS for the transmission of information concerning hardware topics, especially consequences of their maintenance activities on the security systems;
o Enforce the compliance with the IT security rules in coordination with SG/SIT;
o Participate in the steering committee with SG/SGS and SG/SIT to ensure the follow-up of the different projects.
o Ensure the interim of the Security department if required.
➢ Badges office management:
o Supervise the tasks of the badges offices;
o Manage all the administrative issues of the badges office;
o Control the badges office concerning the attribution of the SIPASS profiles dedicated;
o Supervise all the work of the bad office in order to control the compliance with the Group guidelines.
o Control the stock of  badges.
Context and environment
The POB of contractor represents about 1900 people (about 300 expatriate staff, 350 families, 1100 local staff and 150 contracted staff).
Contractor oil production is located offshore (6 FPSOs) and supported by an industrial base. The onshore perimeter is split into activities buildings, accommodation buildings, villas, training center, storage locations, and leisure’s sites.
The Marketing and services will be in charge of 45 gas station in the whole country and the POB of MS in Angola will represent 80 people after the build-up process of this Affiliate.
Accountabilities
The objectives of the security department is to protect the people, the assets and the information  in Angola by
setting up dedicated security measures and providing the advice to the Management in case of Security issue (crisis or not). The anticipation regarding security decisions to make and the proactive attitude of the security department members favor the continuity of the  activities in Angola.

Qualifications/Experience required
➢ Qualifications
o Post secondary education – engineering school or university (IT field).
o 3 years-experience in security systems (best to have).
o Pack office software strong knowledge (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
o Ability to communicate and write in English.
