Scope of Work
HSE
- Respect and enforce the HSE rules of the affiliate, promoting exemplarity and professionalism. Report the anomalies.
- Be up to date with trainings and HSE certificates required for one’s activity (Medical Certificate).
P2P
- Monitor the effective monetary execution of commitments under his responsibility.
- Track and report the progress of the contracts under his responsibility, as well as, participate in the Triplet meetings.
- Creation, when relevant, of Service Entry Sheets (3WAY).
- Verify the invoice compliance, first with an External Commitment (contractual validation) and then with technical a certification of
received goods/services, for invoices linked to commitments but processed without SES (2WAY) and invoices outside the
commitment process (FI).
- Perform the opening of RFS in CRISTAL and create the corresponding orders in SAP.
- Contribute to respect of the contractual payment deadlines for invoices.
Preparation and Closing Works
- Participate in monthly closing meetings with entities under his responsibility.
- Perform the update of the commitments schedule.
- Create and pilot the validation process, until the booking, of manual accruals.
- Input of time sheets for internal and shared resources in SAP.
- Verify that external expenditure performances reflect the reality of operations before the effective execution of the closure.
- Verify the consistence of the allocation keys.
Reporting
- Assist his / her in the elaboration of the Cost control reports and dashboards with detailed analysis and comments of significant
variations and differences.
Others
- Knowledge of the methods, procedures and tools of entities under his responsibility.
- Ability to perform management analyzes regarding the different interlocutors.

- Discretion and discernment are fundamental given the confidential nature of the information available.
- Transverse and constant relationship with Technical entities, Accounting, Tax and Reporting.
- Autonomy, adaptability, teamwork, strong initiative, and work under pressure required.

- Proper monitoring and control of costs.
- Guarantee the respect of the deadline of our commitments towards the vendors.
