Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in the oil gas industry

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise service companies in the warehouse performing pressure testing and routine subsea and wellhead equipment and tooling maintenance.
• Write detailed task plans and procedures for offshore operations with subsea equipment.
• Manage equipment maintenance program prioritizing integrity critical equipment.
• Procure spare parts, tooling, and equipment as needed. Familiarity with the JDE system will be an advantage.
• Coordinate equipment and personnel movements for offshore operations.
• Manage equipment stock levels and procure all equipment required to maintain production.
• Manage service companies (other Contractors) weekly meetings, safety meetings, and quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate offshore operations with platform operators and production teams.
• Perform routine audits and safety inspections on service companies onshore and offshore as needed.
• Able to actively lead toolbox talks, safety meetings, and hazard reviews.
• Oversea service companies (other Contractors) daily activities and sign daily time sheets.
• Manage the daily support of Offshore Operations from Malongo Base.
• Provide technical support and solutions to unplanned Subsea situations such as hydrate formations.
• Prepare and review offshore operations task plans and procedures.
• Manage the maintenance and storage of critical Subsea Equipment stored in the Malongo base.
• Prepare work orders for any third-party services used to support Subsea Department activities.
