MISSION
Follow-up and reception of the inventory, maintenance, control, shelving, and delivery of medicines and material in stock.
ACTIVITIES
HSE Aspects
- Integrate and apply the  HSE general rules.
- Participates in establishing and promoting the Affiliate HSE referential in their area of competences.
Activities
- Do the inventory
- Control, physically and in the system, the validity dates, the qualities, and integrity of orders for every pharmaceutical products or medical-surgical material delivery received.
- Ensure warehousing, classification (labeling, recognition, pilling).
- Have updated stock sheets ensuring the follow-up of their validity dates, entries, and exits.
- Ensure the maintenance of the warehousing areas (cleaning, free circulation between the rows) and the good
operation of the cold chamber.
- Control the entry and circulation of people in the warehouse and the reserves.
Complementary tasks
- Prepare and packing the orders and their transportation onshore and offshore, as necessary.
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
- Difficult supply of medicines country wide.
- Place of work: -3 floor of a building.
WORK SCHEDULE
Weekdays, 8 hours per day.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Qualification in logistics and experience in the pharmacy field, is preferable.
Experience of at least 3 years as storekeeper.
Good knowledge of computer tools, specifically Excel.
Be methodical, well organized in space and time and available.
Be able to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural team.
Portuguese: read, speak, write. Practice of French and/or English if possible.
Age limit: < 65 years old

Duration: 3 years
