Mission/activities:

• Define all the phases for implementation of na asset or entity environmental projects, mainly for the ESIA’s (Scope of work with objectives and resource, plan with responsibilities, calendar and deliverables, and the efetive realisation with kick off, control and monitoring.
• Lead or assist the affiliate for implementation and continuous improvement of the environmentaln risk assessment and studies and projects.
• May represente the affiliate in the ACEPA SHE working group as required.
• Be ready to represent in the meetings with the authorities (AREA, MIREMPET) of the subjects under their responsibility.
• Perform environmental trainings and aswareness session.

Main work / responsability:

• Perform env assessment to projects and identify the needes.
• Attend meetings, FU on projects.
• Execute all processo f ESIA env plans ( chemical management plan, waste management plan, operational discharge management Plan)
• Prepare SOW and launch DA´s, perform technical assessment of the technical proposals. Prepare technical RTA´s.
• Lead koM and the focal point betwwen contracto rand technical teams.
• Ensure proper quality of the deliverables aligned with Contractor Standards.
• Liease public hearing with MCTA/Stakeholders.
• Involve CLDS in the process.
• Submit dossiers to authorities in due time.
• Grant env licenses and authorizations.

Qualifications/Experince required:

• Environment specialization or 3 years’ experiencie off oil & Gas industry. E&P activities and associated environmental issues.
• Qualification: Good degree in Environment, Process, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or other related discipline.
• Knowleddge of ESIA standards and process (national and international).
• Knowledge of Environmntal Risk Assessment techniques.
• Good communication skills
• Fluente in portuguese and English, French is a plus.
• Trainings: BOSIET, GR.
